We’ll use the call to get to know each other, explore your current challenges, and discuss the kind of support you’re looking for.

3. Tailored Proposal & Contract
After our call, we’ll send over a personalised proposal outlining your recommended package, along with a client contract and invoice to review and sign once you’re happy to proceed.

4. Onboarding & Setup
Once you’ve signed the contract and settled your invoice, we’ll send your Welcome email, and set up an onboarding call where we’ll introduce you to your dedicated VA.

5. Kick-off Call
You’ll meet your VA for a Kick-off Call (usually up to 1 hour) to walk through your priorities, systems, and goals - so we can hit the ground running with clarity and confidence.

6. You’re Officially Supported
We begin! While your Signature VA works behind the scenes, we stay closely connected to ensure your support evolves in step with your business.

Yes, and depending on your business needs, you may have more than one. For example, if you're receiving support across multiple areas (like socials and inbox management), or working to a fast turnaround, we may assign two Signature VAs — each focused on their specialist area. You’ll always know who’s doing what, and our flat hourly rate stays the same across the board. No surprises — just clarity and expert support.

All packages are paid monthly in advance. Retainer clients receive priority and have their hours secured each month.
Support is month-to-month, with 30 days’ notice required to scale down or pause. You’re free to scale up your support at any time, subject to availability — no notice needed.
We’ve got you covered. As a studio, we plan for holidays in advance and can step in with temporary cover if someone is unexpectedly unavailable. You’ll always be kept in the loop and never left chasing updates or handling things alone.
As quickly as you need - as standard most clients are matched, onboarded, and introduced to their VA within 5–10 business days of signing up. After your Kick-off Call, support begins right away, and your VA will be fully briefed and ready to dive in.
